Your data belongs to you
If you run quizzes for clients, their answers are sensitive. This page explains exactly how FluoTest treats that data: what we store, where it lives, and how you take it with you. No request forms, no waiting.
One-click export, no request process
Your dashboard settings include an export button that downloads your profile, quizzes, and submissions as a single JSON file. You do not email support, open a ticket, or wait for a batch job. Click, download, done. Per-quiz CSV export is included on the free plan too.
What FluoTest stores
The list is short and there is nothing surprising on it:
- Your account: email, name, and profile settings
- Your quizzes: questions, answer options, scoring rules, and outcomes
- Submissions: the answers respondents give, their scores, and any contact fields you ask for
- Partial submissions: answers saved during an active session so you can see where people drop off, deleted automatically when the quiz is completed or after 30 days of inactivity
Tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) run on your quizzes only if you connect them yourself, per quiz. And FluoTest never sells your data or your respondents' data, to anyone.
Hosted in the EU
FluoTest's database runs on Supabase in the EU (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland) and the app is served by Vercel. Every database table has Row Level Security enabled, so your data is readable only by your account.
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, or export of your data at any time. For export and deletion you do not even have to ask: both are self-serve actions in your dashboard settings.
Delete everything, yourself
Account deletion is a button in your settings, not a support conversation. It permanently removes your data. Deleted quizzes are recoverable for 30 days on Pro; on the free plan deletion is immediate and final.
Transparent cancellation
Pro costs EUR 12/month or EUR 120/year and you can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period. After that your account continues on the free plan with your quizzes and data intact. The free plan has no response limits, so nothing you built gets held behind a paywall on the way out.
Why this matters for coaches and consultants
If your quiz is a diagnostic, respondents are telling you about their business, their health, or their team. You are responsible to them for where that data lives. FluoTest's job is to make that responsibility easy to carry: keep the data in the EU, show you exactly what is stored, and hand all of it back the moment you ask.
