Use a Zapier webhook to push quiz results to any tool — your CRM, Notion, Google Sheets, or anywhere else.

In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger. Select "Catch Hook".

Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.

In FluoTest, go to your quiz builder and open the "Integrations" tab.

Paste the webhook URL into the Zapier/Webhook field.

Save your quiz and run a test submission.

Return to Zapier and click "Test trigger". Zapier will receive the test data including the respondent's score, answers, and email.

Continue building your Zap — connect the data to your destination tool (CRM, spreadsheet, Slack, etc.).
