Manage your billing

Everything about your Pro subscription — plan, card on file, and invoices — is managed natively in Settings, without ever leaving FluoTest.

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing to see your current plan, renewal date, and invoice history.

  • To switch between monthly and yearly, click "Switch to yearly" or "Switch to monthly." You'll see the exact prorated amount before confirming — no need to re-enter your card.

  • To update your card, click "Update" next to your payment method and enter the new card details. If you had a failed payment, we automatically retry it on the new card.

  • If a payment fails, your subscription shows a "past due" notice in Billing until you update your card — your Pro access isn't cut off immediately.

  • All charges are billed by FluoSite, the parent company behind FluoTest — that's the name you'll see on your statement.
