Manage your billing
Everything about your Pro subscription — plan, card on file, and invoices — is managed natively in Settings, without ever leaving FluoTest.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing to see your current plan, renewal date, and invoice history.
To switch between monthly and yearly, click "Switch to yearly" or "Switch to monthly." You'll see the exact prorated amount before confirming — no need to re-enter your card.
To update your card, click "Update" next to your payment method and enter the new card details. If you had a failed payment, we automatically retry it on the new card.
If a payment fails, your subscription shows a "past due" notice in Billing until you update your card — your Pro access isn't cut off immediately.
All charges are billed by FluoSite, the parent company behind FluoTest — that's the name you'll see on your statement.
