Manage your contacts

The Contacts page groups every submission by email into a single contact, across every quiz you can access. From there you can tag people, leave notes, save segments, filter by marketing consent, and export a CSV.

  1. 1

Open "Contacts" from the dashboard sidebar. It lists every respondent across all the quizzes you can access, deduplicated by email — someone who took three of your quizzes shows up once, with all three in their history.

  2. 2

Each contact is auto-tagged with their best score tier across every quiz they've taken, and with "Repeat" if they've taken more than one of your quizzes. Auto-tags are computed live, not something you set yourself.

  3. 3

Add your own tags by opening a contact and typing one in, or select multiple contacts with the checkboxes and use "Add tag" to tag them all at once.

  4. 4

Open a contact to see their full submission history: every quiz they took, their score and outcome each time, and the full answer breakdown for each submission.

  5. 5

Add a freeform, timestamped note to a contact from the same panel — useful for tracking a follow-up call or a manual qualification decision.

  6. 6

Filter the list by search, tag, score tier, quiz, or marketing consent. Turn on the consent filter to see only contacts who opted in to marketing at the contact gate.

  7. 7

Save your current filters as a named segment from the sidebar rail, so you can come back to the same view later without re-applying every filter.

  8. 8

Export the current filtered view, or the whole list, to CSV using the "Export" button.

  9. 9

Tags, notes, and segments you create are private to your account. If you're on a team workspace, each admin keeps their own tags and notes on the shared submissions rather than one shared set.
