Let respondents download a PDF report
Respondents often want to keep what they got: a coach's assessment, a quiz score for a course, a readiness check for a client. With the result report on, a download button appears under the result and hands them a branded PDF in the quiz's language. It works on every plan.
- 1
In Settings → Results & scoring, scroll to the results email card and turn on Downloadable result report. The button appears on the quiz results screen and on the shareable results page as soon as a response is saved.
- 2
Decide whether to Include questions and answers. Leave it on for assessments where people want their full record; turn it off for lead-generation quizzes where only the score and outcome matter.
- 3
The report always shows the score ring, the matched tier or outcome and its message. Multiple-scores quizzes also get a bar per score category with that category's tier label and message, so the PDF reads like the results screen.
- 4
If Hide score from respondents is on for the quiz, the report hides every number too and keeps only the tier titles and messages, exactly like the results page.
- 5
Every label in the PDF ("Your results", "What this means", "Your answers", the privacy note…) follows the quiz language and can be reworded under Advanced texts → Results, so a Czech or French quiz produces a Czech or French report.
- 6
Free accounts get the FluoTest wordmark in the header and a small footer. On Pro and Business the report carries your logo, business name and brand colour from Settings → Profile instead, with no FluoTest footer.
- 7
Respondents who get the results email receive the same PDF as an attachment when Attach PDF of questions and answers is on, and you can open any response's PDF from the submissions explorer.
