Question types

FluoTest supports many question types. Scored types contribute to a respondent's score; data-collection types simply gather information.

  • Multiple choice & multi-select — respondents pick one or several options; each option carries a score (and per-category scores in multi-score quizzes).

  • Yes / No — a simple binary that can award points and can act as a disqualifier.

  • Slider — a 0–N range with custom min/max labels; the value becomes the score.

  • Star rating — 1–5 stars, with an optional custom score per star.

  • Number — respondents type a number; you map number ranges to scores.

  • Open text, Name, Email, Phone, Website (URL), Date — data-collection fields that aren't scored. Name and Email identify the respondent.

  • File upload — let respondents attach a file (PDF, image, document). It's stored securely and the link is saved with the submission. Not scored.

  • Add a question in the Build tab, pick its type from the dropdown, and set scoring where it applies.
